The year ended with a wonderful discussion about space travel, thrust, engine stages, orbit, jet propulsion and the Navigators' teacher sure learned a lot. These kids know their stuff!
That same teacher tried to capture an Alka-Seltzer rocket in flight but she was never quick enough. The expressions on their faces show the surprise and wonder of a successful, and sometimes not-so-successful launch.

We also did our final tradition of the year - cleaning our desks with shaving cream.
